Privacy Policy

This policy is written in plain language on purpose. It says what is collected, why, and how long it is kept.
The short version
You give an email address at checkout. It is used to send your receipt and your download link. Nothing more is collected on this site, and nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
What is collected
- Your email address and order details. Collected at checkout so the files can be delivered and the purchase can be recorded.
- Payment information. Handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. Card numbers never reach this site and are never seen or stored by us.
- Anything you write to us. If you email for help, that message and address sit in the mailbox until the matter is closed.
Tracking and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no advertising or social media trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google and Google can see your IP address in the process.
Anonymous usage statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless tool, to count page visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data and does not identify you personally. What we see is aggregate page views and referrers, nothing more. The script is served first-party from this domain, at /_vercel/insights/script.js, and the service is provided by Vercel Inc.; its analytics privacy policy is at vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy. It runs on the shop, checkout and delivery pages only: this policy, the terms page and the refund page carry no analytics at all. Our hosting provider may also process standard server logs, such as IP addresses, in order to serve the site securely.
Marketing email
You are not added to a mailing list by buying. If a newsletter is offered in future it will be opt-in, and every message will carry an unsubscribe link.
How long things are kept
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is normally several years. Support emails are deleted once the matter is resolved and no longer needed for a record of the sale.
Who else sees your data
Only the services needed to run the shop: the payment processor that takes the payment, the delivery service that sends the file, the email provider, and the host that serves this page. None of them are permitted to use your details for their own marketing.
Your rights
If you live in the EU, the UK, or another place with similar law, you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion where no legal duty requires keeping it, and object to processing. Write to ebookhelp.support@gmail.com and expect a reply within thirty days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
These books are sold to adults. The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be stated plainly rather than buried.
